Toughened, Structural, High Performance Epoxies
ManuSpec offers several toughened, structural, high performance epoxies designed for composite laminate repair. Applications include metal pipe and pipeline repairs.
MS-100 High Performance Coating
Description: A Polyamide resin coating especially developed to withstand harsh corrosive and abrasive conditions (which quickly destroys conventional protective paint coatings). MS-100 is designed to adhere to almost any clean surface; wood, plastic, brick, and metals e.g. galvanized steel, aluminum, hot or cold rolled steel. Surface should be free of rust, mill scale, paint, grease, oil, or any other film forming foreign material. Can be applied by spray, brush, roller, or dipping.
Typical Application: Platform rigs, Drill bits, Risers, Control boxes, Fiberglass pipe, Truck frames, Galvanized fences, Structural Steel buildings.

MS-100 High Performance Coating
ManuSpec MS2110A / MS9298B, is a two part, low viscosity epoxy compound that is designed for composite laminate repair. ManuSpec MS2110A / MS9298B has a working life of ~60 minutes at 25⁰C (75⁰F), for 100g of mixed product. When exposed to higher temperature, substrates and applications, ManuSpec MS2110A / MS9298B retains its’ designed strength properties with a shortened work life.
MS4310A / MS9235B, is a two part, epoxy compound that is designed for composite laminate repair at temperatures up to 440⁰F. MS4310A / MS9235B has a long working life of ~60-90 minutes at 25⁰C (75⁰F), for 100g of mixed product. When exposed to higher temperature, substrates and applications, MS4310A / MS9235B retains its’ designed strength properties with a shortened work life.
MS7125 5minute Steel Putty is a two part, epoxy compound that cures quickly at room temperature. MS7125 5minute Steel Putty is designed for:
- Bridging large gaps or holes
- Vertical surface applications
- Bonding to Aluminum, Steel, Concrete, and many other metals
- Resistance to chemicals, including most acids and bases
- Machinability to a metallic finish
