MS-7802
High-Temp Liquid Mold Release
Description:
Formulated through today's modern chemistry; our
MS-7802 offers you the
utmost in mold release factors. MS-7802 is a
blend of synthetic High Temperature waxes in
petroleum distillates which provides a uniform
non-setting mix. These hydrocarbons are fully
synthetic and not subject to the quality
fluctuations so often found in natural waxes.
In our unique mold release formula, we feel the most important
features of these synthetics are its high
melting point, low viscosity and pleasant odor
that doesn't leave a "Wax buildup". Because of
these features, and other desirable properties,
the resulting film has an extraordinary type
release, high gloss, intensive wear and great
resistance to heat and water.
Our Mold Release Features:
Fast and easy application that dries
rapidly for improved production
cycles. Leaves an oily type release
film, after rapid solvent
evaporation, deterring any possible
wax buildup or surface tension.
Uses:
Recommended as a liquid release
in all fiberglass, concrete and
urethane fabrication.
Application:
Apply either by wipe or spray
method. When spraying, apply a fine
mist without excess flooding. For
wiping, saturate a soft cloth and
apply evenly.
